The product is great. Been using it for years. However, be aware that it appears Amazon does not care if a delivery person damages products. The cereal in this case was broken open and spilled in the box. According to everything I've read, Amazon won't do anything about it. So, buyer be aware. :-( As a result, I will no longer do any reviews of any products for this company.

Canada continues to put the USA Cereals to shame...no difference here! Great tasting, heathier cereal with great Fiber content. Pretty expensive, but great to have in my pantry!

This bran is good for eating as a cereal or for adding to recipes for fibre. I make breads and muffins with it. I love the taste and it keeps me 'regular.'

Bran buds are a basic in my kitchen. Local markets ran out, and amazon to the rescue ! But very expensive, probably because it’s imported. Got here when expected, amazing considering the truck blockade at the border.
