Trying to find a soy supplement was nearly impossible until I found it on Amazon! I was unsuccessful at finding it in stores and I’m thankful that I’m able to purchase it through Amazon. As a woman in perimenopause, this supplement helps me daily. It has an effect on how I function and I’m able to have it on subscribe so I never run out.

I have hit that wonderful wise age where, hot flashes are a thing and not just a little thing like 15 to 20 a day at least, yes I counted. So I thought I would like to try something more natural before doc puts me on medications. I have read about soy isoflavones helping, and the reviews seemed promising. I have tried these for 3 weeks now, and yes they have helped some, down to about 7 to 10 hot flashes a day now. These capsules tend to upset my stomach, some days makes me feel nauseous and they tend to make me constipated. So I think I will try something else.

This is sent every 30 days, or whatever interval you choose. You will likely run out before you get the next shipment, especially if you live somewhere where you don't get deliveries on the weekend. I have to remember to order it a week ahead. Soy was recommended by my doctor for some relief from menopausal symptoms, works well for me. The hot flashes and night sweats haven't gone away, but there are fewer and they seem less intense. I highly recommend this product for women looking for some relief from torturous menopausal symptoms.

I do like this product, but I have to stop this product because of other meds. I am taking at the moment. How do I get a number to stop the regular delivery?
