After hearing a podcast on dealing with anxiety, this was one that they mentioned. I have dealt with anxiety for years! I take one in the morning and one before bed. I no longer have the ruminating thoughts like I used to that would be debilitating, so that alone makes me more productive and able to focus on my task at hand. It's the same thing at night, I used to toss and turn no matter how tired I was thinking about random things. Since I started taking one at night, I no longer chase those thoughts and I am able to slip into a meditative state much quicker which in turn helps me deep sleeper. I also like the fact that they have small amounts of magnesium which also helps calm my CNS.

The capsules turned black I feel they are unsafe. I tried to contact them but the phone number for the company is disconnected and they do not respond to email.

This product is pretty remarkable for stabilizing my mood. I struggle racing thoughts and can’t handle prescription strength lithium. I highly recommend!

I was impressed with this working for me but kept getting a stomach ache. Turns out the capsule itself is made from egg. If you have an egg allergy this isn't for you. Wish they had used cellulose capsules.
