I’ve been using the Caresmith Water Flosser for a few months, and it worked perfectly fine from the start. - Its easy to use -The battery lasts for a long time After about 3 months, it started acting up a bit, so I reached out to their customer support. Tbh, I was surprised at how fast and helpful they were. The agent sorted everything out in no time and arranged a replacement straight away. The replacement arrived really quickly, and it’s been working perfectly ever since.

I’ve been using the Caresmith Flooser for a while now and it’s genuinely been one of the better oral-care gadgets I’ve bought. It does its job well, has solid pressure control, and is easy to handle. I did run into a problem while it was still under warranty — the unit power button stopped unexpectedly. But credit where it’s due: the company handled it properly. Their support team responded quickly, didn’t waste my time with pointless hoops, and replaced the device within a week with zero hassle. The replacement has been working perfectly so far. Overall, good product and even better after-sales service.

This flosser is good. High pressure setting may cause bleeding at the beginning. My gums got used to it. Since I have minute gaps between my teeths, this helps clearing food particles stuck there. I got it 1.5 years ago and still it is working as intended.I'm happy with the purchase.

I love this ptoduct. 2-3 years before also i had same product. That stop working than i ordered 2nd one on 18th jan 2025. By chance this stops wotking and i had one year guarranty, so i did complait to caresmith. They did replace my order with in 3-4 days. I am so happy with there service.

I purchased Caresmith NEO Cordless Water Flosser (White) in June,2024. It worked fine for sometime but in Feb,2025 it stopped working because of battery issue and water pressure was not coming properly. I contacted the Caresmith customer team and they replaced it with another item. But in Nov,2025 the replaced model also stopped working completely - again because of battery issue. When i contacted customer support team they told the model is out of warranty and there is also no repair option available since they upgraded all their models in 2025 and so no parts are available for old models. That's totally unpleasant to know. One is paying approx Rs 2000 for a product and that product is not even lasting 2 years, and company is not even bothered to keep spare parts for their sold products.

I’ve been using the Caresmith flosser and it works really well — very effective and easy to use. Even when my product stopped working after 5-6 months, the customer support team was extremely helpful. They replaced it within a few days without any hassle. Really impressed with both the product and the smooth replacement process. Highly recommended!

I was happier with the previous model of caresmith, worked for 2 years before some issue with nozzle. The new model brought in Nov 2023 was defective with 2-3 months of using it, they got it replaced without any cost. And it worked for another 1.5 years, then battery issues, motor power reducing in Nov 2025. I will try another brand this time.

It is outstanding product and after sale service is excellent.

C'est la première fois que j'ai un jet dentaire avec une aussi faible puissance : à se demander si l'appareil n'est pas défectueux. Une fois ouvert et testé je n'ai pu le changer. Je ne le recommande pas du tout si vous appréciez un jet puissant.

The original device supplied had a minor fault with the silicon charging port cover but their support team were very quick to get an understanding of the problem and readily sent a replacement with a minimum of fuss. The press button is easy to operate and the water pressure/function settings are simple to understand. Bought as a replacement for a flosser that was returned after the operating buttons stopped working, the Caresmith Neo flosser has so far proven to be a very capable machine with good water pressure providing a good flossing experience.

Bought this after trying out the waterpik and i will say this is a great alternative for the price! Comes with so many different options. Battery and water tank last longer than the waterpik. The only thing i would recommend is different water floss pick heads with a longer spout… the one it comes with is a little short and i feel like this is the cause of water splashing easier vs the waterpik one. Still… for the price it’s worth it.

I had one of the older models which is still included on the listing with the three button layout and blue / white design, which didnt last too long before it went faulty. This Neo version feels nicely made, has more functions and a lot (more than necessary I think) of power settings. At higher levels its extremely powerful, to the point of worrying I would damage my gums, but towards the lower end its still a strong jet and effective but not too aggressive. It was almost impossible to not switch the old one on by mistake , then drenching the room, this is a much better control panel which requires you to hold on the On button for a second or two. Pleased so far, but too early to tell overall, but also very good value in comparison to others available.

I love this thing! It replaced a waterpik I had before that completely stopped working. I love the design, it’s lightweight, the color. The ability to change the pressure settings is really convenient. I used it already and my teeth and gums feel so clean.
