I like it because it helps one to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night However The taste is rather bitter.

This w.as one of 5 herbs I needed to make a Stress Relief tea. I was happy with the quality and size.

Great quality. I use it as a sedative and sleep aid. Went right to sleep.

I did not like the taste. I thought it would have a different taste from beer. I made it iced and it tasted like a citrusy-flavored beer. Unfortunately, I had to toss it.

Great tea! Hot or cold.

I personally use the hops to relax I make my own tinctures (a lot cheaper this way!) I make satchels and stuff them in my pillows (add other things in them for scent as well) to help relax at night. There’s other spiritual uses for the hops as well. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
