will this fit the three burner sierra as well?

Yes. I have the Sierra. It is a 3 burner and, I believe, is essentially the same griddle as the 3 burner Ultimate. This cover fits. I use it with one side shelf down but works either way. The Ultimate colors are nicer but that’s about it in comparison.
