We bought this as part of our prepper prepping in case of extended power loss, evacuation, etc. .

Light weight and packable

Let me start by saying that this is a complete, lightweight, and well-built set of outdoor cookware and utensils. And, all of it is easy to carry around because of an included strong black mesh carrying bag that can hold the entire set.The frying pan along with both pots are of adequate size for me and my wife to make a good sized meal for us in. What is nice is that all of them have folding handles. Also, two pot covers came with the set, and the larger cover also fits the pan.There are four 3-piece sets of folding silverware (fork, spoon, knife). All of the silverware is 3 1/2" long when folded, and is 6" long when extended. This is the size of the plastic cutlery that we get from restaurant takeouts. Plus, each set has it's own small black carrying bag.There is a nice small kettle that can hold a maximum of 2 1/2 cups of liquid, and 4 drinking cups that can each hold a maximum of 6 oz.I wanted to see how well the pots, pan, and kettle would perform with heat applied. So I poured 2 cups of water in each and placed them on our cooktop over medium heat. They all performed well. The water in the kettle and in the smaller pot (1.5L) brought the water to a boil in about 10 minutes. The pan and the larger pot (2.4L) brought the water to a boil in about 15 minutes. And, the handle for all of them stayed cool to the touch the entire time that the water was heating up and boiling. Also, I was pleased to see that all of them heated the water evenly.Another nice feature of the pots and pan was that the heat dissipated quickly once I removed them from the cooktop and poured the water out. They were all cool to the touch within 3 minutes.With all of that being said, I did have two issues with the set. The first issue was with the size of the plates, which are really small. They are only 6" in diameter, which is 1 1/2 inches shorter in diameter than our saucers. The second is that the knives are made like butter knives and will not cut through meat. I would've been a lot happier if they were made like steak knives.Overall. in spite of the two issues that I just brought up, I must say that this is a great cooking set for us to have when camping or for having cookouts at the park.
