My daughter has been using it daily for a little over a month. It’s still working great. No issues. The cute paw design helps encourage my daughter to use it daily because she’s a pet lover.

I actually have one that I have used for some time. Ordered another so that I have one to use at a remote location, so I am familiar with the unit. When I try to charge, the charging light comes on but does not stay on but a minute or so. I then put in onto the line that I charge my other on with no change - charging light comes on but goes off after a minute or so. I remove it from the charge line and push the ON button and nothing happens. Additional Information: I found that if I really twisted the unit to the point of breaking, there would be a response like it was trying to work. Since I couldn't return the unit, I figured out how to take it apart, hoping that it might just be a loose connection. Ultimately, I found that there was an issue with one of the connections to the battery. I could press the ON button and wiggle the connection and the unit would start and run through the different vibration stages. After it went back to the off stage, it would NOT restart without messing with the battery connection again. There actually is a very small circuit board at that connection, so it is NOT something that the consumer should or could mess with, just a fairly minor issue that could happen on occasion at the manufacturing level. Judging by the #1 ratings and reviews, it could be about a 1% similar issue. I feel like the supplier would resolve the issue if I could let them know. HOWEVER, I attempted to go through AMAZON to let the supplier know about the problem, but AMAZON has made the communication almost IMPOSSIBLE. I went through their process, but as yet they do not even show the fact that I tried the communication. AMAZON has been the greatest PROBLEM with trying to resolve this issue. Really disgusted with AMAZON's attitude and aid in this issue.

Lightweight body massager comes with a drawstring storage bag and a USB charging cord. There is no screen to show the battery status or which speed/mode has been set. It does charge quickly and the on/off button blinks until it is fully charged so you know when it is finished. The head can be set at a variety of angles after pushing a button on the side of the body. After releasing the button the head stays at whatever angle it was set for. The on/off button will turn the massager on and after that pushing it without holding it down will cycle through the various modes. The other button cycles it through three speeds. The head is a soft rubbery material.

Don't know why the product information page doesn't highlight this unit's most important feature - it's ability to change the position of the head. The head will lock in four different positions ranging from 180 degrees (straight) to 90 degrees (a right angle). Most of the photos on the product info page show it at its 90 degree setting. I personally like it at the 180 degree setting since it makes it about three inches longer and better able to reach more areas. This is a vibrating massager as opposed to a percussion massager which means it's a much softer massage. You can use this closer to bony areas such as spine, knee, wrist, etc without causing damage/pain. Still wouldn't recommend using directly on bone but you can get close. For me that means I can massage right next to my spine which is my problem area. The head of the massager is softer than the heads that come with percussion massagers which also contributes to the comfort level of the unit. It has 20 modes (I only use the first mode, a steady massage) and three power settings which aren't that much different. The unit comes with a small sheet of instructions, a short USB to pin type charging cord and a black synthetic bag for keeping everything together. Great size for travel. Quiet enough to not disturb a sleeping partner even if using in the same room. Recommended for those seeking a more relaxing type of massage.

I bought this for home therapy for my CMC thumb arthritis after finishing PT. Cheap, by not too impressed otherwise. Whole unit vibrates, not just massage head. Bought in July, now October and does not hold a charge. Not recommended.
