After Reading All The Reviews
I got the grey one. I love it. It’s thick and sturdy, like a chair should be. You’re buying a chair to sit in, not a bed. I would even argue that this chair would make an excellent bed. The cushion is thick and the material is soft. The almost horizontal recline angle is hard to beat. And when you put it in the rocking position it practically is horizontal. The chair is awesome. Thick and soft. The metal feels very sturdy and I have no fear of falling over in the fully reclined position with the rocking motion activated. It’s hard to find a chair that reclines this far and feels extremely safe. The material does not stink. It’s like buying a new car. Or fresh clothes. It smells different, not bad. It’s clean smelling. I have zero complaints. The arm rests are like future technology. They move forward, backward, up, down, and twist in and out. You won’t be disappointed. The recline lever is also super easy to access and locks in place really well. The wheels are nice. Not great on carpet. But if you want wheels for carpet, then get wheels for carpet. They pop in and out for easy install. This chair is advanced enough that you could leave the wheels off and sit it flat on the floor. Ignore the carpet complaints. It doesn’t move well on carpet, but that’s why you buy other wheels for that purpose. There is plenty of space for blankets and pillows to fit around you while in this chair. You can lock it in recline and stick a lot of warm objects around you. There is enough space to put a leg up on the chair pretty easily. But if you’re a criss cross apple sauce type then you should go for a bigger chair. If you have any inkling that you want to do that then invest in a bigger chair other than this one. If you’re a small person it might work. I’m 5’10 and can manage putting a foot up if need be. It came in a box. Assembly was super easy. There is a ton of one piece foam in the box that helps protect the goods. It’s a lot, but better safe than sorry. The fast delivery and availability can’t be beat. Get it. (Put on a movie and sit in it when you’re done.) You can rock this chair like a rocking chair. And turn it off. Very satisfying after assembly. You’ll have a big sigh of relief once you sit in it the first time. I didn’t want the pillow at first, but boy was I wrong. The pillow is awesome. And super memory soft. When you recline and want a pillow behind your head to look at your phone it’s super dope. The pillow and arms are magnetic. It’s like future technology. Strong and you don’t even know it’s there. You can swap out the entire top table part of the arm rests for different colors. It is magnetized so it’s super easy to do. And the arms are actual arms that don’t swoop down like other brands for no reason. Very practical. Get this one. You need the versatility and experience of moving the arms up and down. The holes at the head area are cool. Very helpful during assembly. The overall chair is low key in appearance, but top tier chair material. Long story short. Get this chair. If this is your first chair. Get this chair. If you’re eyeballing secretlabs chairs. Get this chair.

Impressively designed and built chair!
My husband’s review of this chair. - The decision to order this Anda Seat was partially based on the impressive quality of another model I was able to sit in from the same brand. The chair arrived a few days after placing the order and I was immediately impressed with the packaging and assembly process. Each part was packed securely and was well protected, the instruction book was professionally printed (not a cheap black and white pamphlet you typically get), and the assembly process was relatively quick and painless. As I assembled it, it was immediately clear that the build quality was worlds above any chair I had previously assembled, and I’ve assembled quite a few. The chair is sturdy and very comfortable. While I don’t typically lay back very far in a chair like this, I’m surprised at how far back it can be set and how stable it remains when I lower it back all the way. I also appreciate the how adjustable the arms are. I have long arms and it’s rare to get a comfortably adjusted arm rest. I’ve now had the chair for a few months. Overall, I’m very impressed with this chair and use it as my primary chair when working or gaming at home. I’d suggest it to anyone who is tired of inferior chairs that may be a bit less expensive but break down and fall apart quickly. I am confident that this chair will last a very long time and hold up to regular use.

Great gamer or office chair!
This is my first PC chair that is truly comfortable! The seat on this size large chair is spacious, thickly padded and has plenty of space around the sides and hips. Padding is firm enough to last but still comfortable also. I am 5ft 11in, 195lbs. and if I sit back as far as I can go the seat goes right up behind my knee bend area. The seat back is padded well, has a very nice magneticlly attached neck pillow and lumbar with up, down in and out afjustment. The arm rests adjust to almost any angle and are very wide. So now for the improvements it could have (me nitpicking for perfection). The arm rests on this pro version are not padded and that causes discomfort over long sessions to me especially with it slight upcurve at the elbow area. This could be easily remedied with padding if they provided such. Personal preference here but, also with the arm mounts in the back most position toward the seat back I still feel like these large arm rests keep me away from the PC desk and farther from keyboard and mouse. Like they need to be further back by 2 in or so. Mounts where arms could be slid back or have 3 mounting positions would be nice to fit more people. Lastly the seat does not go quite as high as I thought it would. With the seat fully raised and the arms all the way up it still does not raise as high as my old cheap knock off chair but I think I have it positioned well now. Just had to keep trying until found my groove.

Sturdy but uncomfortable
I did a good bit of research to find a long term solution in a chair with adjustable lumbar support, and found many reviews from different media outlets online that raved about this chair. This chair is obviously built to last a long time, sturdy with a steel frame, quality materials and assembly, and arriving as a well put together kit that is not hard to assemble. Instructions for lumbar height adjustment were incorrect, but once that was figured out and the lumbar height able to be adjusted correctly, the chair seat is still too firm, making my hips and back hurt. Really disappointed, and may have to return, but still holding out in hopes that the seat will break in some more, as build quality of this chair is top notch. I love it except for the hard seat. Reached out to the manufacturer, but still have not heard back from them. Dreading the idea of having to disassemble and repack this into its original shipping box, which is pretty large, was heavy, and arrived ripped open on one corner. However, the manufacturer's care also showed in the packing, with foam sheets and other packing around all components, protecting all the parts, even though the box arrived thrashed.

Comfortable especially for a tall person
This is a very comfortable and versatile chair, especially since it was specifically designed for tall people. I'm 6'5" tall and a bit on the heavier side, so this chair meets my needs much better than most standard office and gaming chairs. The available adjustments are excellent as well - I can tilt both the back AND the bottom of the seat separately, allowing me to support my legs and achieve good posture. The seat is quiet - adjustments don't squeak, the casters are quiet, and even the occasional rocking forward/back doesn't cause any additional noise. My only two complaints with this chair: Like others have mentioned, the seat bottom is very stiff - on its own, I find it a bit uncomfortable. However, this is easily corrected by simply putting a cushion on it - I have a pretty thin one that looks like a cookie, and it makes this chair very comfortable to spend hours in. My other nice-to-have would be the height adjustment: Maximum height on this chair is just barely tall enough for a standard sitting desk (assuming there's nothing blocking the piston - I didn't find anything as of this writing). I prefer taller chairs, personally. But it is adequate, and not enough of an issue to dock a star. I would definitely recommend this chair (or its newer version) to anyone over six feet tall, and the regular Kaiser series for people below that.

Looks good but cushion is hard as a rock. Absolutely NO customer service.
*Update 4/22/2024* I received the replacement backrest for my chair in late February as Andaseat promised, however, one of the screw holes was stripped and just spun. After more back and forth with Andaseat customer service they sent me a new chair which I received today. Everything appears to be undamaged an fully functional. I am changing my rating from1 star to 2 stars for their replacing the chair after everything that happened. I'm still very frustrated this has been an ongoing issue with them since I received the original damaged chair in 11/2023. All I can say is the chair looks great. It's hard to sit on and not that comfortable overall. Has a fair amount of adjustments such as the arm rests, lumbar, etc. Buy at your own risk. I wouldn't wish everything I had to go through on my worst enemy. *Update 1/13/2024* Andaseat customer service reached out to me and said they will send me a replacement back some time in February. Will update again if i ever receive it. *Original Review* I received my Kaiser 3 gaming chair almost 2 weeks ago and have been using it every day to see if I can break in the seat cushion and so far it's still like sitting on a rock. Can't sit for more than an hour while gaming or it gets very uncomfortable. The chair looks great and the parts look to be decent quality. Now let's get to the worst part. If you expect to receive customer service from andaseat you are sadly mistaken. You can submit as many support tickets as you want but they will NEVER respond to you. My chair arrived with a rip and a puncture on the back and I've submitted a support ticket on their website every day since I got it. We are just about to 14 tickets submitted to andaseat and no return emails, phone calls, nothing. Sadly I will have to return the chair back to Amazon very soon as my return window is fast approaching and andaseat doesn't care at all to help resolve the issue with my chair. I honestly believe in this price range there are better options. I wish I could give a better review on this. I'll update if andaseat ever decides to contact me to replace the back of my new chair.

EXCITED! 2025 UPDATE!
SEP 2025 Edit: Still have the chair, still OBSESSED with it, I recommend it any chance I get. Zero wear when it comes to the fabric or foam. Has held SUPER well the first year I have not had the chair for very long, so I cannot judge is durability just yet! PROS: - Super customizable! Whether it be back support, arm rests, or even the width of the chair. - Plus sized friendly! I’m heavier, weighing about 200+ at 5’5. The seat fits me perfectly, even if I want to tuck a leg under. Includes possibility to move the armrests out more if I need the extra room! Normally settings are not TOO BIG either, so it would work for all sizes. - QUALITY MATERIAL! I am not a fan of leather chairs, so the fabric option was perfect for me. The material is well made, and very comfortable. - Great cushioning! I worry because of my weight the cushion over the years will not hold the same, but this is to be expected with most chairs. Yet to be tested with this one. - Well written PICTURE instruction manual. No need to follow a lengthy video, and was easy to put together! CONS: - Price is up there, but MUCH more affordable compared to other high end office/gaming chairs! - Lack of fabric color options. Though I would have chosen the black chair either way, I think it would be nice to have colored fabric chairs too if I ever decided to buy another! - LOTS of plastic in packaging. Each part was individually wrapped in thick plastic bags, which feels like a real waste! I wish the company could be a bit more environmentally friendly.

Horribly uncomfortable
This chair is horribly uncomfortable. The front edge of the seat, where your legs hang over the side, has a slight lip to it that no other chair I've ever sat in has. This lip puts pressure on the back of my leg and causes quite a bit of pain in my knees after sitting in it for a little bit, less than an hour. Worse yet, I no longer have the box so returning the chair has been nightmarish. Disassembling an office chair requires removing the hydraulic piston from the base, which is nearly impossible to do without damaging either the piston or the base in some way. Amazon offered to have a freight company pick up the chair, but UPS showed up instead, the driver took one look at the fully assembled chair and said no. Trying to return this chair has gone on for three weeks at this point, I'm not confident that the next pickup attempt will go any better. TL;DR - the chair was horribly uncomfortable and caused knee pain, if you insist on buying try to sit on the cushion before fully assembling it, because returning it afterward is an unreasonably difficult process.
