Silencer Air Blower Motor, 1.0HP, 120V, 6.7 Amps

The media could not be loaded. Luckily we had a already installed Pipe for this into our Hot Tub so it was as easy as just placing this over 2" PVC and plugging it in.I will be honest, I unboxed it, put it on my kitchen Island to test it and was like... this is it, to me it was like a blow dryer in strength. I looked up the company who oddly is 2 miles away from me in Pompano Beach FLInstantly I was contacted to Frank who I explained my issue. He told me to put the phone up to the motor and cover half of it and to have him listen... He did and he said, Trust me, it will work.So I hooked it up and Shut my mouth, that thing is crazy powerful.Now to be honest we also bought a 2hp Whirlpool pump which oddly calms the whirlpool down. With just the Air Blower, Water is jumping up 2' high like crazy, the powerful 2hp Pump just makes those powerful jets to soothe your aching back cool whirlpool fun !And quiet, OMG yes. We don't hear it sitting 4' away from it.A must have !

My previous blower was 15 years old and very loud. After doing a little research, I stumbled on the silencer. It really lives up to its name and was very easy to install. Once installed, i was pleased. If was very quiet from 15-20 feet away. Now I don't have to worry about disturbing my neighbors when using the spa. Excellent product.

The blower itself is very powerful. I'm pleased with that part of it. When I opened the box, all the bolts and nuts that hold the blower together were laying the bottom of the box. The first blower (2hp) I used, the bolts inside were falling out and ending up at the backflow valve under the blower unit. I had to take that one completely apart and put back together and used lock tight on them. Quality Control in manufacturing needs to be looked at.

I have to agree with the comments, this blower is really quiet. It was just installed this week and you can't hear it from 20 ft away in the pool. Super quiet, easy to install, I'm so very pleased.

BOUGHT TWO OF THESE, DIFFERENT MODELS, AMPERAGE AND HORSEPOWER. QUIET AND POWERFUL.ALMOST TOO MUCH, SPA ROARS TO LIFE WITH BUBBLES. I'M LICENSED AND THESE WERE FOR A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY.... SAVED A LOT OF MONEY ORDERING ON LINE.... AT LEAST $100-$150 CHEAPER.

I replaced my dead air blower on my pools' attached spa. At 1HP this thing still blows out a ton of air. So much so that i might need to make a release for some of it. Super quiet and easy to install. Since it is plastic it doesn't need to be bonded.

it really is very quite compared to the more expensive unit that this replaced.

It runs for a couple minutes then shuts off for hours. Stay away!
