Haven't measured my testo levels but will say that I feel the difference after a couple weeks of taking this most days, about 5 days a week. Gym every other day. My energy levels and endurance is better, muscle tone more defined, and harder erections. All signs of higher testosterone levels. I've seen studies on the combo of tonkat and fadogia, and seems to be the most reliable natural herbal boosters for testosterone.

With this product, I have noticed an increase in my performance and pump (the proverbial pump that weight training athletes try to attain while exercising but lacking in your senior years). I heard great things about this supplement and tried this particular brand. While I honestly did actually see incredible results right away with muscle building and even stamina and energy (I was looking swole fast) I did experience adverse side effects like someone else mentioned. I had the same exact kinds and stopped right away bc this reviewer said they are permanent for them. I had serious insomnia, confusion, and even e/d type side effects. Hardly seems worth it. Luckily things went back to normal after about a week or two. 3 Stars because I guess it does what it's supposed to do, but at what cause? If you're one of the lucky ones who doesn't experience side effects, I'd say it's an easy 5 Stars for you.

I have been taking 1 pill a day for 30 days. I have not noticed anything different in my workout performance or energy, but I have noticed I am a bit firmer at night some nights. I guess that's a good thing. i might up my dose to 2 pills a day and see. Update- 50 days later and still taking 1 pill a day. It is for sure making a difference. I highly reccomend.

Four weeks into my bottle of naturebell’s Fadogia Agrestis my vitality level is consistently up. It’s not a caffeine-like increase in energy, but rather more organic, natural. Hard to explain, but in my late sixties I feel great. I use naturebell’s milk thistle, ginkgo, lion’s mane and magnesium citrate as well, so obviously I believe in this company. I wish they would bring maca to market. I would love to pair it with the fadogia and report on those results. I would probably have to choose my words carefully in order to not embarrass my wife!
