Worked great to recover my ex490. But the fan is louder than the original

Yay my dead server is alive again! I saw in the comments when buying this is was louder then the silent factory one but this guy is LOUD, like a little jet engine running. I can hear it in the next room with the door shut. I cant return it since I snipped off all the extra connectors, guess i'll save it as a spare, off to buy a quieter one. EDIT.. I purchased this PS for an HP EX490. as stated in the description, the main connector fits perfectly with the unit's connector, but beware that on top of the main connector, this power supply comes with an additional 4 connectors and additional cables that in order to fit in the small form server you will have to cut and tuck. the power supply is also very loud, whereas the original one you could not even hear. on to the positive, it brought my dead server back to life so i will take the noise and extra cables for the working server.

Does a great job, just noisy. After awhile I got used to it. As to performance it is better than the original which was installed.

Fan ran ok - fit perfectly - ran a lot noisier than the one I had previously so had to return that - return was smooth
