Is the overall length 11.5 ft. (e.g. the Input and output lengths combined = 11.5 ft.) or is just the output length 11.5 ft.?

This is the length of the usb cable portion , I do not think they include the wire at the other end as its length is simply not a big deal.The usb cable is long enough for 95% of situations... and might only be an issue if you are in a larger truck or sub and are trying to hide/.run the cable around the top of the window .I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I had plenty of line from the back window camera to the front camera, and plenty to make my electrical connections.

Will this work with viofo A-139?

I have an Ventura N4 and viofo A-139 camera and it works great so far.I think as long as the plug is a type-c USB,Dash Cam Hardwire Kit can be used for all type-c USB dash cam.
