The switches themselves work great and the interface and set up was incredibly easy The reason I’m giving us two stars is that if you plan on installing more than one switch and one box and good luck finding a wall plate that will fit They designed them slightly bigger than the decor size and therefore if you try to mix this switch with an existing decor single gang switch you will have to custom make a wall plate to fit.I wrote the company and ask them if they made a two gang or three gang wallplate for their switches and they told me no they weren’t very helpful

Ok, since you have a new WiFi router.
I’ve just bought 4 Koogeek Dimmer Switch KH03. The pairing process was completed and worked for 5 minutes until to stop answering (Homekit status: no response). Tried of all. Reset, re-pairing, power turn off. It works for 5 minutes and drop again. My Wifi network is 2.4 GHz and I have others smart switches from another brands that works fine. The support from Koogeek did not help me.Update: I found out by myself that's the "problem" was my WiFi router. I've bought a new one and worked.It's recommended since you need to use a new WiFi router.

Get for home automation with HomeKit
I have three of these in my house now. I have started switching to the Leviton switches. I had one go out totally with no light like it is not getting power. It was just outside the window to return to Amazon so I have been reaching out to Koogeek we have gone back and forth for weeks they have horrible customer service. I also have a hard time keep them connect to my network. I seem to have to delete and add back to Homekit regularly. Not so with any of my other HomeKit devices. I have a couple $20 VOCOlinc light that does a lot better with the connection. I have a strong network with the Orbi setup and both Apple TV and Homepod for Homekit.

Doesn’t work with Alexa
I tried everything. I emailed them and no help. Works with Siri and not Alexa.
