Amazon Brand - Solimo Picton Engineered Wood King Size Bed without Storage (Asian Walnut)

The wood was broken and defective and the person who came for installation made a complaint against it and told me to replace it.Kindly do it or refund my money

I have been using from 6 months. Found good. The thing is that brand should add installation with this product.

Value for money,(I got this for 12, 500/- INR)But it has sharp edges on all sidesIts really is a consern and i certainly wouldnt have bought it if i had known before placing the orderI had to hire a carpenter for 1000/- to get rid of all the sharp edgesEven though i had to spend extra money on it,Its still value for money because i bought it on discounted sale

I thought solimo is Amazon own brand they will send good product but when the product was opened by the technician (sent by Amazon to assemble the furniture) we found out the joints on which the bed is going to be attached was broken and then the polish or the mica on the furniture was coming off ...The product was manufactured in November 2022 and they are sending the product to me in October 2024 has Amazon stopped manufacturing this product... Or they wanted the customer to not like product ...From today onwards I have made one thing clear I will not buy any furniture from this website after this experience that they have provided.One of major problem is u cannot return and cancel the product you only get the option to replace the product ...Sorry Amazon this was not expected from your service...

It has been 15 days since we received the product. The product is good but the service is very poor. We didn't receive any information about assembling the parts . So after a long wait we consulted some local furniture service man which took service charge. But as per the product there should be free service. This is too bad 👎

This is not wood. Very less weight and not long lasting

First technician visit was delayed, when he visited after 2 days he found out product was defective. I was aware about the bad reviews of this product before buying but i needed bed urgently so i ordered it as it showed one day delivery.After burning 1 ltr blood in chasing amazon customer support, I am now waiting for amazon to pick up this garbage from my house and give me refund. For this also they are making me to wait for 7-8 days.SHAME ON YOU AMAZON !
