Herb Pharm makes the best tinctures in the world in my opinion. I used to live close by their farm in Oregon and they grow organically and they process their herbs very quickly after harvest to maximize their potency. Their quality control is excellent and they are head and shoulders above any mass produced major manufacturer. There's no comparison to this Super Echinacea. It is the strongest antiviral I know and the most potent Echinacea product I have ever used. I am a chiropractor and I've been using it for many years for myself and recommending it to patients. I take three full dropper squirts of their Super Echinacea in a little water if I feel like I'm coming down with something and most often it wards it off. Of course it tastes a little bitter so you can mix it in with juice if you prefer or just drink a little water right after you take it. So potent. Great product. I've been using it for years and I'm a doctor!

Great for stopping a cold dead. Used it with some homeopathic cold and flu pellets and Sambucas liquid.

This is a great product that I use every day as part of my self care. The taste takes a little time to get used to but it keeps me from buying OTC meds and more importantly I don't get sick. It is easy to use, a dropper full under the tongue. If a little cold starts to come on I triple up and it knocks it out of my system.

Echinacea purpurea has to be prepared with FRESH plant material. This brand is. (Echinacea augustofolia can be tinctured dry). The tingling on the tongue is a tell that it’s a good tincture (echinacea does that). This brand checks all the boxes. Echinacea isn’t a preventative. It doesn’t deal with virals, only bacterial. I use this for UTI problems…1 drop for 2 lbs of body weight..taken every two hours, all day, for a few days, then only a few times a day for a week or two. This plant is safe for long term use, I’m not sure what another review was talking about, comparing a tincture to flower essences. This is real medicine. But no, no break required. I take it until the infection is cleared completely, however long it takes. Respiratory infections, sinus infections, kidney and bladder/UTI infections. If you’re allergic to daisy family plants, avoid or take it slow. This brand is the only one I found that PREPARES THE TINCTURE CORRECTLY. If it’s not done right, it won’t work.

I've bought this product in a pharmacy before but this version tastes different - the alcohol seems more noticeable

I have been using this product for many years. Very effective, especially for infections and sore muscles. The numbing sensation is a sign that this is an excellent product. It SHOULD have that effect. Don’t buy any Echinacea tincture that doesn’t give you that sensation

I only use this in the winter to keep me and my family healthy. Herb Pharm is a great quality brand. All of there products I have used have been great quality and effective. But I will say you need to use them everyday for the effectiveness to continue. Very ease to take with adding into some water. The taste and the smell is really not an issue, you add it to a bit of water and drink. The key with this is staying consistent and drinking it everyday. Now I only use during the winter months to keep me away from colds.
