Onkyo TX-NR6100 7.2 Channel THX Certified Network AV Receiver, Black (Renewed)

I'm in love with this receiver. i'm running it with some Klipsch sub, center and left and right speakers. the set up was super easy to follow and now my neighbors get to listen to what ever i'm listening to! Sharing is caring after all. the one thing to note, is the bluetooth sometimes just goes away and becomes undiscoverable. sometimes ill have to connect bluetooth thru the tv instead of directly thru the receiver when this happens. its been over 90* and i haven't had any issues with it overheating at all. this is a great receiver for anyone getting into to home audio. love it.

I purchased a refurbished model thinking that it would have undergone a thorough examination and review, but I am not convinced that happened. The receiver works great, but on occasion, when it is turned on, there is no audio and the only way to get it back is to shut the power off, wait for a little bit, and then turn back on. Sometimes it takes multiple tries. I thought perhaps this was an incompatibility with my powered speakers, but then one time I pressed the quick menu and all the text showed up as illegible characters. This was my clue that the problem is the receiver and not the interaction with my speakers. While on hold with Amazon to see if I could get support, I noticed there was another review with someone having the same audio problems. I went ahead and returned it. I still will get this receiver, but will do so as new instead of refurbished.

Lots of settings to choose from , seems to have plenty of power, sound quality it great, lots of input/output jacks, display is easy to read, set up was pretty easy, remote control range is good... Over all very happy, I would recommend to anyone & give it two thumbs up all day long.

Compré este producto, pero no ha sido posible configurar la zona 2, emite sonido de prueba pero no reproduce ningún tipo de sonido una vez esta sonando la TV. ¿Alguien quien pueda ayudarme en la configuración?

While it has an old school display, the sound and control are superior. Takes some time to learn,but you will appreciate it once you have. Would buy Onkyo again. If you are looking for superior sound, its here. My only ask is we would like easier app based controls. Perhaps an android based touchscreen remote with all controls available and a standardized EQ database.

the Onkyo receiver arrived in good physical condition, no shipping box damage and unit looks like new. No chassis dents, scratches or defects. Front panel looks perfect and when powered on the display functioned as expected. Rear panel connects easy to understand and transferred from previous older Onkyo with ease. iPhone recognized and linked. TV linked up and DVD player as well. But no audio! No manual shipped with unit, so got on line to trouble shoot. Still no audio out?? Now frustrated!!!

Bought this refurbished and after reading the reviews it seems the refurbished products have a LOT of issues. For me, I have 3 devices connected to HDMI inputs on the receiver, and one cable going from the receiver to the TV. Today, my stream box input stopped working. My TV constantly says no input or has a spinner going while looking for signal. I restarted my streaming box (Apple TV) and nothing still. Trying to narrow down the issue I tried the PC input to which my computer is connected and same thing, no connection. Restarting the receiver did nothing to fix it. Might be a good receiver, but save yourself the hassle and AVOID the refurbished ones. Seems their quality is very poor

Excelente audio pero la imagen atravesada del earc no es lo mejor, se baja mucho la calidad del reproductor 4k. Trae una falla que al subir el volumen se va la imagen, por eso hice la devolución. No tiene trigger para sub woofer, asi que no recibe señal de audio, logre scar señal del amplificador pero no me convenció la manera en que lo logré. El dolby atmos está espectacular. Pero no me convenció por las fallas. Prefiero seguir con equipos harman kardon.

Cuidado.con los productos reburbished, yo.por ahorrarme una lana lo compre, pero nunca dio imagen del menu para poder configurar. Asi que nunca pude realmente usarlo. Mal sabor de boca, pero es que cuando vez los precios en usa vs los de México si dudas mucho. Es muy desigual los precios.
