Terrible design
This is terrible for the 3+. I don't know about a 3 since I don't have one. The stub that is supposed to push the bullet down is so short that it barely touches the bullet. Really can't put the next one in w/o a lot of work. I also purchased a Magula Lula and it worked great.

Useless for Magpul PMAG 15
I ordered this for my Magpul 9mm PMAG's to help with loading and it was useless. I threw it away 15 minutes after I got it and wasn't able to use it.
