Bought if for my kid. He has been taking such good care of it: cleans it very time, place gently in the case, etc. And in less than 3 weeks it is already not working properly. Sound is faded and we cannot hear anything.

The sound is so low even kids can’t hear. Avoid it due to quality issue .

My daughter is tiny for her age (age 10) and often has comfort issues when wearing one size fits all headphones. I liked that this Belkin came with XXS buds which were perfect for her. Also appreciate that there’s a maximum volume to protect her ears.

6 months in. Only 1 pod is working

After not even 2 months of use, the sound is very weak on one bud and almost nothing on the other one. Don’t buy!

This stopped working 2 days after my daughter started using it. The case gets charged but not the earbuds .

Sound quality is very bad , better get another wired kid friendly headphones

So I am a fully grown adult with the ear canal size of a small child. I have searched high and low for tips that fit because literally every other earphone I've tried would fall out, and I came across these and bought them because they had tiny size earbuds so I gave it a shot. The xxs fit perfectly in my ears (embarrassing) so I'm really really happy about that. HOWEVER... the mic sucks. I bought these pretty much solely for talking on the phone and apparently I sound muffled and as if I'm underwater. Sound quality on my end is great, music sounds great and clear, touch controls are easy. But if you are buying these to talk on the phone, don't bother. Only music? Get it. Need tiny tips? Absolutely, but find another brand of earphones to use the tips on. 3 stars for sound quality on my end and tiny tips.

They work great snd for a child’s ears very well no complaints.

Je suis une femme adulte avec une petite tête, et des petites oreilles assorties, alors pour moi c'est parfait en tout point. J'ai opté pour les avants dernières protections "Petites" Je crois S ? Le son est très bien, et l'ergonomie aussi. Ils ne me font pas mal car écouteurs allongés. Ils tiennent très bien. Le design est très joli, pour ceux comme moi qui sont sensible à l'esthétique. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Got for my kid for Christmas, one earbud totally stopped working last week. Save your money, time and the aggravation of a kid who is upset and frustrated, especially after they worked hard at making sure they took care of their belongings only to have the company fail them. Belkin - please do better. People work hard for their money.

I have bought this for my son, sometimes one of them does not connect properly. Also the touch sensor doesn't work sometimes. Overall, it is better to invest more and buy something reliable.
