Love the look of this microwave, with the rose gold handle and buttons, it looks very stylish and fits in the small spot I have available. It isn't super powerful but gets the job done. Not too loud and easy to wipe clean.

The customer service for this vendor is outstanding. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of this microwave. We have a remote cabin and have chosen this one specifically for its nice compact size, and complementary color to the rest of our appliances. Unable to rate features until it arrives and is used...will update at that time.UPDATE: This is a great little microwave and perfect for small kitchens with no countertop space. Works really well, easy to use perfect for rewarming small plate or cup. Love it

Cute… BUT power was always very low, and it stopped working completely after a year. :( It would still lights up and spin,, but zero heat. I even tried replacing the fuse. I hate needless waste, but this is that. I even had to pay to put it in the landfill. Yuck. Invest in something better.

It’s not the most powerful or the biggest, but it doesn’t claim to be. It works just fine enough for defrosting or heating up all foods and liquid. The black with copper is exactly what I was looking for and totally happy with the purchase

I absolutely adore this microwave oven! Only wish I had found it sooner. It is small enough for the space I intended it to occupy but large enough for my needs. The styling is great! Love the copper accents which match the copper knobs on my cabinets. It was too small to heat my large, rimmed pasta bowls in but no problem; I got some rimless bowls from Amazon and them fit perfectly. Highly recommend this oven!

Perfect size and classy looking

The box was delivered. By my mistake, I did not open it up right away. When I did open it, it clearly had been dropped on its corner.According to the manufacturer, I should have opened it right away so that I could blame the delivery company. I can see clearly what happened. It was dropped because, the weight of the microwave is lopsided. Being uneven makes it difficult to lift properly when handling. It should be on the manufacturer to box and protect with that in mind. The mechanics of the microwave are all on one side. More foam at the corners honey.This manufacturer was useless. Even with a crushed corner it didn’t work. I had to throw it away with no reimbursement. I may as well have wadded a bunch of 20’s up and thrown them in the trash!Blaming the consumer and delivery company is not how you enforce confidence in your product. Do better
