Does this need to be refrigerated after opening?

NO. "Product may be stored at room temperature or refrigerated after opening for added freshness." You may like the taste better cold. I get the 16oz size at Walmart (16 day suppy) and take 1/2oz in the morning and another 1/2 oz at lunch time so I keep a bottle in my back pack I carry to work.

Does this product contain shellfish?

As of February 2015, I confirmed it is no longer made with any ingredients containing shellfish

it says sugar free, does this have sucralose or spenda in it?

The second to the last ingredient is sucralose, so it's not much. It also is sweetened with blended fruit juices. It's very yummy and keeps my carpal tunnel from returning. Love it!
