Please do not purchase this unless you intend to purchase concentrated raspberry seeds. I have not seen such a poor product at any price, not to mention the price of this product. This resembles a raspberry seed concentrate, in fact so many seeds that it is difficult to extract raspberry flavor. If you want a high quality jam for baking purposes or enjoyment on toast, go elsewhere. If you forced this through a sieve, I doubt if you could extract more than 4 tablespoons of raspberry and that would be stretching it a bit. The "package" is very nice looking but the product is quite literally for the birds, providing they like raspberry seeds. I gave this 1 star simply so I can warn buyers away.
