Faulty and nothing like new
I bought this as an open box but like new item. Installed today following instructions and the flushometer does not function (continually flushing) due to faulty diaphragm. Pictures are from the diaphragm I removed which is clearly heavily used. I have no choice but to buy a replacement part kit for $35. Now I’m well out of pocket. I’m assuming someone bought the new flushometer for the internal parts and then returned it and it wasn’t fully inspected before reselling. Buy new.
