Salty! But lovely
My guilty pleasure I love this on crackers or bread it’s quite salty which I love but not for all, spreads lovely haven’t done anything else with it.

Hard to find but love it
Quite some time ago, there was a scare in one supermarket with this prawn version of Primula cheese. Then it disappeared completely from all stores except Morrisons. It is brilliant for snacks of all sorts, even luxury blini with chalk stream trout or smoked salmon. Or bruschetta with fancy toppings.
