Paulson Shields Bubble Goggles - Clear, Clear Lens 1500000

I bought these on the premise they would fit over my rx sunglasses...anyway that's how they were advertised. They could not possibly fit over a child's pair of sunglasses. I was really looking forward to receiving them and then a huge let down.

The goggles work as advertised, but the quality and durability are questionable. The material is quite thin. The peak of the lens already had light scratches from box wear when opened brand new, so I doubt I will be able to keep them scratch free for long. They do block wind very well. I wish I could buy a thicker polycarbonate version, even if it cost more.

I bought these to replace identical goggles purchased several years ago and heavily used. I bought the replacements because the originals were getting pretty badly scratched. I use these as a spectator at dirt track late model stock car races where the dust can get severe. I modify the goggles by taping over the upper vents to keep all dust out.. I do recommend them to friends. I will buy again when necessary

These goggles are my favorite choice to use at Burning Man. Perfect peripheral vision, lightweight, and available in shades for either day or night. Don't waste your money on expensive goggles that leave you with blind spots!
