Is this Swagger spray bottle better than the Swagger white solid? Does it last longer?

I purchased the spray because my 12YO prefers it over the solid. I don't think it lasts as long as long because I believe he uses more just because of the delivery system. I'm willing to pay more knowing he's actually using it.
