My OBGYN reccommended this to me! She knows that I love to go the natural route as much as possible! These are easy to swallow for me! They dont upset my stomach! The ingredients are natural Red clover. They dont have a taste to me anyway! And the value of this product is great!

Since I take Promensil (which is for menopause and I have been taking it for quite awhile now - I have decided not to take this daily -BUT-every 3 days) and because of this decision - I have been purchasing the Red Clover Blossom Herb for quite awhile now (take 2 capsules daily every 2 days before taking the Promensil on the 3rd day). The Red Clover capsules are Vegan (Gluten Free) and easy to swallow. I sleep well and have had no issues with side effects. I will continue to take this product.

Red clover supplement UP estrogen level. At 63, I'm so excited that I can read fine prints WITHOUT reading glasses if there's enough light. I have been taking red clover supplement for 2 weeks .. it helps with menopausal hot flashes, dry eyes & vaginal dryness at 63-year-old. Before the red clover supplement I had to use my reading glass (#2 power) to read fine prints due to dry eyes. Now I can read fine prints WITHOUT glasses. Great product

I'm a 50 year old woman in perimenopause. I started getting hot flashes that were extreme and happening in intervals of about every 45 minutes to an hour. They'd last only a few minutes each time, but were severe and accompanied with flushing and extreme sweating. Needless to say, my sleep was completely disrupted and this was just a miserable way to exist and very hard to function throughout the day. This went on 24/7 for about two months and then I finally resorted to trying out Red Clover Blossom supplementation. I took double the recommended dosage split into am/pm intervals, so simply put: two capsules am & 2 capsules pm. I am 6ft tall and around 180lbs and I figured the standard dosage is for a more average sized human, so I doubled up. Also, I wanted the suffering to stop ASAP. It took only 2 days to notice improvements. The hot flashes diminished to just a few barely noticeable ones. The fast improvement was very surprising, and at first I thought I was just maybe adapting to the hot flashes and not noticing them as much. However, within a week of consistent use, the hot flashes were completely gone. GONE. I am a month into consistent supplementation at that same double doasge and no sign of hot flashes whatsoever. Other improvements I've noticed are less fatigue, glowy, fresh look to my skin returning, foggy brain and anxiety reduction, improvements in mood -which I'm sure are all improvements resulting from now enjoying much better sleep quality. Hopefully whoever tries this supplement for the same reason gets similar good results. I wanted to come here and leave my first impressions after a month of consistent usage and to say Thank You to Nature's Way, your product truly helped return me to a better quality of life and truly made a difference for me. It worked okay but isn't as good as my normal red clover brand. If you're in a jam & don't have alot of cash this works fine for the menopausal woman regardless of what stage of menopause you're in (pre, peri or meno)

Use this often

This helped reduce or even eliminate the constant hot sweats in menopause every day that I took it. If I had any, it was usually about once a day instead of 10!!! No nasties in it. I highly recommend this product. I've used it for a few years now and it was better than any of the expensive brands in the chemist like Promensil, which didn't do anything for me.

プシャールとヘパーデンで手が痛いのですが大豆アレルギーでイソフラボン服用を諦めていましたが、大豆以外の豆製品にもエストロゲンなどの効用があるとネットで知り、検索でこの商品を見つけ試しに購入しました。 飲み始めですが、寒気が入って気温が下がっても手の具合は良い感じです。アームウォーマーという指のない長い手袋をAmazonで購入してひじ上から手までを保温しているのも良いみたいです昨年の今の時期よりかなり良くなって痛みが出にくくなってます。 指に効いてるかは痛みが出ないので良くなってると思います。それと、更年期で肌がピリピリチクチクすることが増えて痛痒く不快だったのが、飲みはじめてから気にならなくなっています。大豆アレルギーで大豆製品の全てを口に出来ないから、大豆製品を口にしている方より実感があるのかもしれませんが、自分には効いていて合ってるのだと思うので無くなったら次は複数個で安く購入出来るものをポチろうと思います。 ★が四つなのはカプセルを飲むのが苦手なのとプシャール、ヘパーデンに本当に効くかは本格的な寒さになっても痛みが出ないか継続して服用してみないとわからないので

更年期障害があり 漢方薬局で別のレッドクローバーを続けていましたが こちらのほうが全然安いので変えました。 効果はよくわかりませんが 変えたからと言って変化がないので 安いほうがいいかと思い続けています。
