I absolutely love the way this stuff makes my skin feel after I shave. Yes it comes in a glass jar and yes it comes looking like dry cream. In a way it is. All you have to do is put a small amount in your hand and apply a few drops or a little bit of water to get the lather you desire. It then father's like actual shave cream and makes your skin feel smooth. I love the way it smells too. It's not too much and it's not too little. It would work best for those of us who don't mind the lighter scents instead of the heavier I want to smell like I bathed in it instead of washing types of people. If you want the heavier I want to smell like I bathed in it smell, then this is not for you. This is for the ladies who want to keep the elegant scent going while keeping a close smooth shave without the knicks. I used to hate shaving unless it got to the point that I had to shave, but now I shave as much as possible knowing that this is magic in a jar. Highly recommended

Absolutely LOVE Truly products. They smell amazing and my skin feels so silky smooth after shaving, I use the black gold body soap, the shave butters as well as the oils and lotion and it’s always like I’m a whole new woman once I’m done my ‘everything’ shower…….my only complaint is I wish they were bigger jars so they could last longer. They are a little pricey for the size but I’ll keep buying it because I want to smell like candy

I really love the way this smells and feels, and the way it makes my skin feel after shaving. My only complaint is you end up having to use a lot to get enough skin coverage. The product thins out a lot on wet legs and becomes quite runny. Becomes of this, a secondary complaint becomes the amout you get for the price... not terribly economical.

I had been getting lots of adds for truly stuff so I decided to try one thing before getting a whole routine and boy am I glad I did. The container is way smaller than they look in all the adds, idk if the girls using the products have tiny fingers or more likely they just use bigger containers in the adds than they sell. If you’re someone who shaves your legs/body 2-3x a week this $20 product probably won’t even last you a month.Then on top of all of that it left a squeaky film on my legs like it’s a cheap bar of soap or something. I will not be getting anymore Truly products ever again. What a scam.

I was a bit skeptical about this product based on others reviews. Yes it’s expensive for the amount you get, why buy this when you can get more shaves out of a 3.00 can at Walmart. I saw people saying they would only get 3 shaves out of this, and that it did not lather at all. Well I followed the directions, wet the skin and apply a small amount and rub in circles as it says to do and it lathered perfectly for me. I used about a quarter sized amount for each leg and it was enough. My legs feel like im wearing silk pants lol AMAZING. No other shave product has done that for me(and I used my cheap razor)The smell is wonderful as well. Will I buy it again, yes, maybe? We will see how long this small jar lasts but I’d definitely like to buy it again. My only complaint is how little you get for the price- I mean if you can swing it buy it and lather yourself up to your hearts content. I just can’t justify 25.00 every week or two for fancy shave butter.

I love Truly products. This shave butter has made my legs super soft, I do not get razor burn anymore, and it transformed my shaving process.

I love any truly and this was on sale here on Amazon so I just picked it up. I love this stuff and it smells amazing. I wish it was a little thicker and we got more product for the price but it’s truly a high quality product. I suggest going on truly’s website and looking at all the products they have there if this wasnt for you!
