A single card from the set Ghosts From the Past: The 2nd Haunting Review: Not the best Extra Deck Cyber Dragon card - The card looks amazing and no damage either when I received it. I will be honest this is not the best card in the archetype. I just don’t really know how to use it correctly so I cannot really say it’s good or bad.
