Stays cold for several minutes -- something that others haven't. Has enough give on the roller to be very comfortable on your face straight out of the freezer. Comes with an extra roller insert and a compact hardshell case is a great feature too, keeping things sanitary. Overall, definitely recommend!

This roller is awesome. It comes with to heads, than slip in and out of the handle easily for cleaning. It's been great for calming my skin and mimicing hot/cold therapy.
