Keep the immune system up
My husband and I each take two in the morning. I take mine with a little bit of flax seed oil and he takes his with a little yogurt. They seem to keep us going and keep our immune system up. We attended a seminar last week and so many people were coughing and sneezing but we were fine.

I really don’t know if they’re working I feel like they may have constipated me or it may be the brain support. I really don’t know. I don’t want to give it a bad name ,once I clean my system out and try them again I will give a better review.
