Shampoo definitely works as intended, however you cannot feel the difference of there being a conditioner included in the shampoo. Hair feels like it was just washed and not conditioned. I would purchase again, I just would not expect to have super silly soft hair like I just conditioned it. If this isn't a deal breaker for you, jump on this shampoo, it definitely helps with getting rid of psoriasses in your head.

After years of purchasing higher cost biotin and collagen enriched shampoo and conditioner- this is my go to. It has helped tremendously with my aging hair loss and most importantly, with no dandruff but obsessive itchy (probably neurotic) scalp. Sometimes I use a little extra of my biotin conditioner but even without it , my hair is actually fuller and way less itchy . Pleasant almost no fragrance . Love this shampoo.

I bought this shampoo on the advice of someone on the internet. This shampoo worked. After I shampooed with other shampoos my head itched like crazy. It was driving me crazy. I used head and shoulders for a while but that didn't help. I really didn't have dandruff, I had an extremely itchy scalp. This shampoo was recommended and it was good. I have used twice so far and so far so good.

This washes away the dry stuff, and still leaves my scalp and hair moist enough. It helps with itching.

Like the shampoo, but it didn’t help with my itching scalp. Maybe it would work for you, but it didn’t work for me.

Our dermatologist suggested we use this shampoo for a scaly scalp. None of the over-the-counter products, such as Head and Shoulders, were ever able to stop the white flakes or the itching. This shampoo did the trick for both problems. And it is very affordable. I'm on the 4th tube.

I can tell you that this 3% salicylic acid cleared up my head and ringworm (or whatever, tape worm/hookworm that I probably got from working in the yard or my cat and dogs. took only a few days i put on again after washing my hair and covered with paper towels then covered with a soft beanie cap. did it for about 3 days.

This product does work however it does not foam so you need to use it on a one-to-one ratio with regular shampoo. It does dry your hair out a lot so I advise conditioning right after, otherwise you're going to have breakage and itchy dry scalp.

I got this as I recently had itchy scalp and I thought it may be due to scalp build up. I do not have dandruff problem. So got this because of the salicylic acid and wanted a scalp detox. I’m not exactly sure if this works, but i’m partly to blame as I don’t think I leave it on the scalp as long as recommended. Instruction says to leave in on “for a few minutes”. Unlike putting on a face mask where you can multitask n walk around doing stuff with a mask on (or lie back and relax), you can’t do that with this shampoo. You just have to stay in the shower, twiddle your thumbs and wait it out. This I find is the greatest inconvenience. So I usually leave it on for at most 5 minutes as I’m not blessed with abundance of patience. So perhaps because of this, it’s not working as well as claimed in many other reviews, for me. Perhaps next time I’ll bring a crossword puzzle into the shower….

I ordered the shampoo after reviewing the ratings but received an expired one. Used it once but it has a gooey sticky texture, not sure if that's normal or due to expired product. Anyway, had to toss it into the bin.
