Well made, holds a lot
This seems well made and holds a lot more than the dish rack I previously had on the countertop. That one was like "dish rack jenga" when I tried to pile on more dishes than fit well, so I got this 3 tier rack to have plenty of room. The drain board for my old rack also was harder to keep clean, since I didn't remove the rack to clean the drain board often enough. With this one, by the time I finish washing dishes, and clean the countertops etc., the dishes have stopped dripping and I then wipe down the sink, and there's no water spots left. And, I now have more counter space. Dishes placed at the ends do drip on the countertop though, so I have to wipe up there when I'm done washing, unless I don't put dishes at the ends. I have mine extended to the maximum width, and the top shelf at the highest position, and the lower shelf high enough to clear the faucet. This leaves enough room to get my 10 1/2 inch dinner plates in between the racks, so everything fits well for me at the highest and widest setting. It's also possible to swap the racks with the plate holder on top, but I decided I'd rather have dishes on the lower rack. The utensil basket is kind of small, it's a tight fit to get my silverware in. The knife holder doesn't seem very useful to me. The cup holder only holds shorter cups, not tall glasses, so I have to stand those in the rack and hope they don't tip over. The utensil holder and cup holder only fit on the sides, not the front or back, and my side cabinets are so close the cup holder isn't really usable. The top rack may be high for shorter people to reach. The suction cups on the back legs make the rack lean forward slightly, but it's stable. The rack blocks some of the light from my over-sink light fixture from shining into the sink. Someone else commented that they needed to use a crochet needle to extend the back braces for assembly. I pulled mine out by temporarily screwing one of the assembly screws in part way to use as a handle to pull the inner half out. With that, assembly was pretty easy.

Great quality
I had this for 3 years before I had to move and leave it behind. This was sturdy, never rusted (not even a little bit) and saved a bunch of cabinet space. The only negative was after three years, I did start to miss being able to lean all the way over my sink.Very nice dish rack.

Awesome! Durable, quality space saver. Kept this over a cheaper version.
This product is awesome. Easy to put together and feels super sturdy. My countertops look so much more free now and it's great! I like that you can adjust your shelves and I'm using all of the attachments except for the knife holder (Cutco Santoku/Vegetable knives don't fit in there). Due to my tight cabinet space I can't have a lot of things hanging on the side, so I inverted the cup holder and am using it as a kind of rack (bottom left of the photo). It works.I actually purchased a different brand after buying this one, because the other brand was almost $40 cheaper than the price I purchased this one at. I assembled the cheaper one and swapped it out with this brand, but the fit wasn't quite right. And even though those attachments worked with my knives, I still preferred this rack for its sturdiness and fit and immediately switched them back. This one's a keeper, and I've been spamming my friends to get one like it. It's worth it.You will love your free space!

Great size and fit adjustability, stability, industrial kitchen quality look
This industrial strength kitchen rack makes our kitchen much more efficient than the old, too-small plastic drain rack we had on the counter beside the sink. The finish in places on the stainless steel could be better, but not a big issue for me. It assembled pretty easily (you'll need something like a crochet hook to pull the inner telescoping cross-member out of the outer one). Pre-set the cross-member lengths with a tape measure and make sure they're identical. The rest is pretty easy. It fits over our 32"+ wide single sink easily. Looks and works like a professional kitchen rack, holds a ton of stuff .. dishes, butcher knives, frying pans, pots, cooking utensils., all at once. The 10 hanging hooks are good for all kinds of things like spatulas, wash-brush, smiley scrub pad. The dining utensil holder is rather small, but holds enough knives, forks, spoons for most needs, and the larger cooking utensils just hang or rest elsewhere on the rack. It's good quality, stable, and large. You'll wonder how you lived without it.

Great product! Love it!
This is an amazing idea to keep the kitchen clutter free. Originally, my family would wash dishes and put clean dishes and fill up the sinks with them. I could never find anything. This item is beautiful and we put it right over our double sink by the window and we wash the dishes, put them on the shelves to dry and the water falls off the dishes into the sink

Versatile and far sturdier than expected.
I'm very selective and was especially skeptical of such a device, but I love it! It's perfect for me. I'm almost amazed at how much it holds. My space is limited so I keep frequently used dishes in the racks.I also use one basket for watering small-medium plants, drying just rinsed paint brushes, recyclables, etc.My only recommendations are not over-tightening the screws, and checking them every few months as very minor adjustments are often needed. Use cup holder cautiously.Downside: Sharp knives sit very wonky as most handles are slanted.
