Just picked up two pairs of the half inch and one inch and let me tell you, VERY IMPRESSIVE! Feels amazing! Perfectly fits in all of my sneakers / shoes to increase height easily. Gel is very very high quality - extremely light and comfortable cushioning. The adjustable level adhesive works like a charm. Not a single complaint. Blew away my expectations. Absolutely love the packaging they came in as well. You simply can’t miss with these. HIGHLY recommended purchase! Will definitely be buying more sets in the near future.

After the complete hip joint replacement I had this spring, my left leg ended up longer than the right. Nothing really serious, but it was uncomfortable and I was afraid of developing back pain if I didn't do something to correct it. I tried these SOL3 Quick Lifts and have been very happy with the comfort and instant relief. They stay in place very well, being a bit sticky on the bottom side. If they start to lose grip due to accumulation of lint or dirt, rinse with a little soap and water, let dry, and it's as good as new. I've ordered several sets to make sure I have one for every left shoe or boot.

I would have given 5 stars if adhesive had lasted more than a day. The product is very comfortable when it stays in place I will have to find a good glue to keep it from sliding around.

They where fine I just can’t do it, I thought the small boost would be worth the… small amount of discomfort, it wasn’t I don’t want to mess up my back trying to walk with these in my shoes all day.

Lived up to the hype! Exceptionally high quality and very well made shoe lift insert. From the product to the packaging, these are designed beautifully and really worth every penny. The ability to add 1/2 inch to my shoes is tremendously helpful. These have just enough to cushion where it provides outstanding comfort while still remaining supportive and sturdy. Works like a charm in nearly any of my shoes. Highly recommend getting a pair, will definitely buy again!

You end up with one shoe with no arch contour, assuming you are trying to level out a leg that is shorter than the other (in my case due to hip replacement), which differs from the other one & is really uncomfortable to walk with. There’s no substitute for custom orthotics in this situation, it seems. I was hoping this would allow me to continue to wear sandals, since it has an adhesive backing.

I am so impressed with these heel inserts! I use two at once in my left sneaker (placed underneath the sole if they are removable) and they really do their job! My right knee doesn't hurt because I'm no longer putting extra pressure on it with my right leg being longer and all. I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet all day at work and usually leave with a pretty sore knee, but not after using the inserts! I use the remaining 3rd insert in my more dressy shoes that won't allow for a higher heel. It's not 100% aligned like using two would, but it's nice to have a little something helping reduce that pressure on my knee. I just bought my 2nd pair so I can leave them all in my favorite shoes without having to worry about switching them out. So happy with this purchase!
