I think it's worth more than I paid. The quality is excellent. The stitching, fabric, and stitching makes this a very well built pack. Plenty of room for a weekend trip, but I bought mine for a bug out bag. I've loaded it up, and still have room to spare. Love the Molle system, because expansion seems unlimited.
