I have been using this supplement for years now i can say it is really effective.

They arrived! First time my son will use them I bought (3) 60 capsules. Count the first bottle only 58 and 1 empty capsule. Can review if it works yet! Little disappointed by less capsules than advertised.

First off thought this was a fluke..my son was in the 8th grade 5’2 point guard🤣..he was the smallest kid out there all the time I could see it in his eyes he wanted to not play because he was so small..now maybe this is a coincidence..maybe he hit his growth spurt🤔..he’s been taking them for two years now and he’s now 6’0 and dunking..being the r best version of himself😁..love the progression..it’s been so much fun to watching him out there..to each its own this stuff is amazing and I’m telling everybody😊..

Bought the 3 bottle deal (60 capsules per bottle) for my teenage son to try. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. We put them on weekly pill boxes as we do with all vitamins/prescriptions. We were finishing organizing the first bottle and we noticed that one day had 1 pill (an even number). We counted a couple of times and sure enough we received 59 capsules. We then decided to count the capsules on the other 2 bottles. Second bottle had 60 (great!). Third bottle had 57! We fill a bit robbed. How does that happen? It makes me want to start counting everything I receive Lol. If we hadn’t distributed them on weekly pill boxes, we would have never known. We haven’t really tried the product in order to state whether it works or not.

My boys are 14 and both 6 foot tall and play basketball they asked for this supplement and after doing some research about it I agreed to purchase it so far they have used one bottle and they are now on their second as I purchased a three bottle supply to see if there would be any difference in their eating habits and sleeping patterns so far so good just gave it three stars because the bottle says we need to be taking it for approximately six months to see changes so we’ll be ordering more bottles soon and see if there are any changes after the six month mark boys are hoping to reach approximately 6’2 or more due to basketball and both have grandfathers that are both 6’2
