Good product
Bought for a friend to get them to quit smoking. The device allows for stats which helped them to eventually quit as he could monitor their intake.

Waste of money
Stopped working after a 4th pod, no lights so was totally dead. Cheap for the Juul 2 kit, but the pods are stupidly priced. No chance of lasting a day either, 1 pod last a few hours and it's the same with the battery. By far the worst e-cig I have bought to date, and I have had 500+ different kits. The flavors are muted and you find yourself puffing more to make up for it, cheap £1 eliquid from poundland tase better. Safe to say mine went in the bin where it belongs, will not by a Juul product again. Clearly Marketed to screw over the customer in comparison to other pod kits.

Great little device, though availability of pods is not so great
The device itself is really great. I love the magnetic charging plug and the little LEDs for battery life and pod status. Once charge seems to be very well calibrated for one pod (the refills) - so you ily need to recharge it once the pod is used - or at least so far anyway. The problem has been pod availability, as Tesco seem to be dropping them in their small stores, and no tobacconist/newsagent I have visited seems to sell them. Luckily they have their own website supply - similarly the promised "200 puffs" is really more like 100 or less. The reason I dropped a star is mostly the app ( as well as the "200 puffs" issue). It wanted me to prove I was 18 by uploading a picture of my driving licence or passport !!! That, is going too far. I'm not going to trust some dodgy tobacco company with personal information like that just to use their app, as they can be easily hacked.
