Overall, I'm happy enough with this purchase.

My 2003 Cadillac DeVille had no screws on the bottom of the rear license plate. The two top screws were holding the plate on by themselves. I decided to add bottom screws to the plate. I had no screws that would fit. Also, the plastic screw inserts on the bottom of the plate were brittle and broken. This little kit, for under 6 bucks, worked nicely. I pulled out the brittle and broken nylon screw inserts and put the replacement ones that came in the kit into the little square openings on the Caddy. It was a tight fit, but they went in. Then I screwed in two of the fat, short screws that come in the kit. They went in nice and snug. Badda boom, badda bing - loose license plate problem solved!
