I used this on my neck, to relieve stress and knots. It works well, is lightweight and easily fits in my purse. I also use it on my face for circulation flow. I put it in the freezer and use it under my eyes to depuff swollen , puffy eyes. Use it anywhere, anytime. The price is very inexpensive.

I love the quality especially for the price, They feel good in your hand and do a nice job. Sometimes I just lay 2 of them on my eyes and they stay cold and feel great for a couple minutes. I use one of the larger ones to rub the tension out of the back of my neck and they are all great for using on your Face. They are great for Lymphatic system stimulation on all parts of your body.

Bought this set mainly because I'm at a beginner level, and the price was very good. This item arrived in a cute thin box, each tool was individually packaged in its own small bag. There was also some small instruction sheet on how to use every side of every individual tool which is neat! My one small complaint, is there is a small scuff on the base of one of the tools. I don't believe this will mess with the integrity of the tool so its okay for now! Cant wait to try!
