My current bulb says F15/T12/CW. Will this one work as a replacement?

I am going to go out on a Limb because I am making an educated guess that it should be an acceptable replacement bulb provided your old bulb is 18 inches in length and has the double (two) electrode connections on each end of the bulb, which is a standard feature on most, if not all, florescent bulbs of this type.
