Does it come with the basket inside?

Yes, the basket is included in the Igloo IMX 24 Quart Cooler.

Does it have a rubber gasket for the lid seal? I saw some in Sams club but didn't have a seal

Yes it does, there is a rubber seal all around and the two rubber clamps that come down to make it air tight.

Why are they priced $119 here? Igloo’s website are selling them for $99.

I looked and seen the BMX coolers for 99. But the IMX coolers was 149. Maybe I looked at a different web site. Said igloo coolers though.
