I ordered this L-glutamine powder for a family member whose doctor has recommended the supplement for leaky gut issues. This is a single-ingredient supplement. The quality seems good. It has little to no flavor to it. Easy to dissolve in water. You can also put it in an iced tea or fruit juice, but not in a hot drink like coffee or tea. It is supposed to be good for gut health and immunity. It seems helpful so far. This comes in a wide-mouth plastic tub with the lid cellophane-wrapped. A measuring scoop is included. It is third-party tested for quality but there is no mention of the country of origin, other than a GMP compliant, FDA registered facility. Overall, it is easy to take and seems helpful. So far so good. At $0.25 per serving, it is competitively priced too.

I take this every morning with warm lemon juice before anything else . Also supports muscle health! Love that it has 5,000 mags per serving . Mixes easily with water . No bad taste can go in your coffee also.
