My son started taking these now that he is hitting puberty. It is actually help clear his face up and is helping with his overall growth. He says they taste great!A little pricey but if you’ll pay it if you want your teenager to take them. Wish the bottle was bigger!

All my teens like these!
I like the ingredients, but more importantly after trying so many different brands, all of my teens (12,12,14) like the taste of these and ask for them if I don’t have them out. They take them at night. Just ordered our second bottle and glad to have found one they all agree on, isn’t overpriced and has the necessary nutrients.
