Oaths and Omissions

This is the third book and it was hot and dirty and so messy that i just loved it. Helene and Jonas are both violent and impulsive making their chemistry rocket fire and also how unique Helene is.Jonas and his soft side is swoon worthy. A fast and entertaining read.

Eu amo os livros da Sav R Miller, mas confesso que me decepcionei com esse. Teve muitas pontas soltas, a personagem principal feminina demorou dms pra perceber coisas óbvias, o cara apesar de se mostrar apaixonado por ela ainda tava usando ela, enfim, muitas pontas soltas. Achei decepcionante a participação do Kal e da Elena tbm, tipo eu achei que eles iam ter um papel melhor no livro, na hora de aconselhar a Lenny, mas a Elena só foi chata e o Kal mal teve uma participação decente. O personagem principal se mostrava meio acovardado pelo irmão, e a história entre eles tbm ficou mal resolvida.

I was a bit worried going in, I loved book one didn’t love book two, but this was great! The writing was great and plot moves well. The spice, oh my days the spice! There are times that it builds and times when it seems to suddenly appear but both are excellent and I am now keen to read the next book in the series!

Foi um passatempo ok, mas como muitas dessas recomendações do Tiktok, falta um desenvolvimento melhor do plot do livro. Tudo bem que o foco é no romance e essa é claramente a intenção da autora, mas o que custa resolver as pontas soltas?

My initial thought when reading this was “wow, that’s a unique way to use a paint brush” iykyk.This was such an easy read and oh my Jonas…where do I get a man like that?The reason it’s 4 stars is the plot, look it wasn’t the strongest plot but the book was fantastic. Super love this couple and this is probably my second favourite in the series (just behind vipers and virtuosos) AND I finished this the day that book 4 cover reveal came out!Cannot wait to read more from Sav R.
