Excellent Blades and i am very fussy with quality of blades. I have now bought 8 or 10 and it is fast becoming my go to gift for friends who always seem to have lousy knives when i am in their kitchens. Extremely sharp and so far holding edge well.

this is a good knife for the price. The weight is accurately positioned and is a good knife when you need to do a rough chop. it also holds up well in the dishwasher .
