Easy to swallow

This product did not make me better

Yeah. I'm one of those. Sensitive to certain supliments. I've been taking these for a couple of weeks. At first it was fine. 3 days in and I developed reflux at night along with deplorable gass!!! I slept with the window open. Day 4 was the beginning of diarrhea and nausea. I was like that until day 6. It was only in the morning then went away. I was miserable. I backed the dose down to 2 instead of 3 and I'm doing great! I definitely makes it to where I don't want to eat. When I do sit down to eat I only want enough to top me off. I've lost a few pounds. Nothing over the top but this is working well with my low carb no/low sugar lifestyle. *Can't wait until Christmas to go crazy on carbs and sugar!!!* Anyway I get my blood work in about 2 weeks so I will report out any changes in my cholesterol and A1C. Gut health is so important for longevity. This is a bit pricey. The product is ok...you will have to decide upon if it's worth the price. Just wanted to let you know the effects it had on me personally.

Works

Probiotics are the best things that you can give your body on any level. It does so much to help with your immune system. And so much to help with blood sugar levels. Cholesterol levels. Metabolism. It helps defend against colds. Various type of sicknesses.. I can't say enough about this product. There's basically no flavor to these, because they're a capsule. But the added Mulberry is a great source of iron and vitamin C...and this is what helps with your cholesterol, levels your blood sugar levels, and those who might be a risk for cancer. Obviously... I'm not a doctor. But I have been taking enough probiotics in my lifetime to know that it has warded off a lot of diseases in my body, despite the fact that I've had to fight heart disease. I truly believe by me taking probiotics just like this one...they have helped keep me alive. And it's helped keep me from getting sick all the time. Again...there's no guarantee whether or not everyone will experience the same benefits; but it can't hurt to try them. The least you can do is feel a little bit better than you do now. I would definitely recommend this product.

I'm not sure what happened, but I took this at dinner two nights in a row and went to bed with a blood sugar reading over 300 both nights. It was still over 200 in the morning. Not the results I was hoping for!

I decided to give this a try because it contains a prebiotic, a probiotic and a glucose blocker to keep blood sugar steadier even with higher carb containing meals. I like trying different probiotics because I get prescribed antibiotics often and they're known to wipe out good and bad gut flora and I don't want to get overrun with the bad stuff. I like this one because I'm trying to eat healthier too and it helps me keep my blood sugar more balanced. It's an all around win. 5 stars

The serving is 3 capsules daily, which with its pretty large size, can be a bit daunting to take. It claims a lot of benefits but I am not so sure if it delivers on all of them. It is also on the pricey side for it only being 30 days worth. I'll continue and finish the bottle to see if I do feel any changes, but so far, still skeptical.
