I purchased this for my back and knee pain from arthritis and find it very effective! My only issue is that it arrived in the US and the packaging is written all in Cyrillic so I am unable to read the directions!! I did find these in English on-line finally but would have preferred if the packaging was in English!

Item works very well. Being a European creme, and not available stateside, I wish the price was lower. Took several weeks for delivery. Otherwise, happy with the product.
