Works well. Defenetly a knock off of the buffet brand. Some quality differences are noticable but it is still fairly well built. The key is to let the ice soften at room temperature for 5 or 10 minutes before making the drinks.

Worked once and then stopped working halfway through second use. Absolute garbage.

I found it cheaply made. The snap to open ice container stiff and will break easily.
