Has anyone used this successfully to treat TMJ/tmd?

I bought this for sinus drainage, but it's been most helpful for jaw issues. I have a history of tension and dental issues on my right, bottom jaw. I do this for a couple minutes every single morning after applying marula oil and zero pain, clicking or tension! Recommend watching videos for a good technique.

What grade is the stainless steel (of the stainless steel option)? Is it 304 stainless steel? Is it 316 stainless steel?

I purchased the jade. I wish it was larger to try deep muscle work but I have faith that someone with smaller hands will end up with it. I also think it's genuine jade which is useful whether in one's hands or not.
