Good quality flaxseed oil
Flaxseeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B and Vitamin C, they have the power to reduce hair fall, increase hair growth making hair stronger. I have been using this coldpressed Flaxseed oil on my hair and skin and have found visible reduction of fine lines and hairfall. Good quality product that always tops my skincare regime.
